If you prefer Julia to be completely honed into you and your needs, personal training is the right “fit” for you!

One on One training is perfect for an athlete who wants to advance more quickly in their sport or for the injured client who needs extremely specific workouts. Julia starts by meeting with you in her office to set short and long-term goals and to understand your physical abilities and struggles. She then creates a nutrition and fitness plan that is based on the information discussed and is catered specifically to you. She takes the guesswork out of strength training and makes sure that you follow through.

  • circumference measurements every 2 months
  • additional workout plans to be performed outside of the studio
  • nutrition accountability through use of the My Fitness Pal online journaling program
