Here’s our challenge to you:

  1. Complete four intentional workouts per week. (2 group training classes at The Perfect Fit and 2 customized workouts, provided by us, to complete on your own or during open gym time at The Perfect Fit)
  2. Follow our healthy weight loss nutrition plan (customized options for each meal that are given to you at orientation)
    • Breakfast
    • Snack
    • Lunch
    • Snack
    • Dinner
  3. Consume half your weight in water each day
  4. Sleep 7-8 hours each night
  5. Schedule monthly 15 min check-ins with your trainer (in person or by phone) to make sure you are on track and to cover questions/obstacles you might be facing along the way
